What did you do with your time off? Several of of our multi sport team members represented ROC at the local Kids of Steel triathlon.

Matt, Ashley, Nic, Erica, Luke, Amanda and Simone all did very well, proving once again ROC is still fast in the water. Our swimmers flew through their respective swimming heats with no problem, It was rumored to say that Matt’s shorts never even got wet.
